Athletes´ Performance recently held their Performance Mentorship courses at the Borussia Dortmund training facility in Germany. Two of our Master Trainers got to take part in this special opportunity. Trigger Point Performance Therapy Master Trainer, Detlef Pohlmann, who is standing on the right in this image below, shared with us a little about his experience.
“Recovery Training is a very important part of the Athletes’ Performance Training. AP seeks the world’s best concepts for training and regeneration. I was privileged to have the opportunity to be one of two Trigger Point Performance Therapy German Master Trainers selected to share Trigger Point Performance Therapy’s products and methodologies at this educational course. We were responsible for teaching the TP Methodology with the class participants, in an effort to help them achieve optimal results through self-massage. We taught approximately 7 total hours of TPPT education. The majority of our time was spent offering practical education that will be implemented immediately among Athletes’ Performance training staff.”
