Release Your Strength – Move of the Week #6

Today we will target the lat region using SMRT-Massage and the GRID.  Begin by rolling through the lats to increase blood flow and range of motion.  Next lengthen the lats with an active stretch followed by a strengthening move that targets the traps and rhomboids to build shoulder stability while improving posture.
