Get Trigger Point Performance U-6 & SMRT-CORE Approved!

ULTIMATE-6+ (U-6) is a hands-on course will allow you to take your knowledge of Trigger Point Performance Therapy to the next level by implementing Myofascial Compression Techniques into your daily routine. Our expert will define and work through six major areas of the body that we feel are key players in the human biomechanical chain. We will then build upon this U6 foundation by targeting other specific areas, resulting in even greater efficiency of movement.

We will also be offering a few SMRT-CORE classes in Texas in both April and May! Trigger Point Performance is very excited to launch the SMRT-CORE – 4.5 Hour training workshop. This interactive, hands-on workshop provides the education and practical applications to successfully integrate SMRT-CORE programming into individual or group training sessions.
