TriggerPoint Tuesday: Cold Roller and Glutes

TriggerPoint has developed the revolutionary Cold Roller to help combat all of the normal excuses of why one would not be able to use a form of cold compression therapy on a daily basis.  This product highlights some of the rationale and controversy behind using cryotherapy as a form of treatment for minor aches and pains. There are 12 key areas in the body that we suggest using the Cold Roller.
